How long does a full set of nails take? +
A full set typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on the style and complexity. Simple sets take closer to an hour, while detailed nail art or ombre sets may take longer. We recommend booking a 90-minute slot for your first visit.
Can I request a specific technician? +
Absolutely! You can book directly with your preferred technician — Kristy, Kevin, Sweety, or Ammu — using their individual booking links on this page. You can also ask Ivy our AI assistant to help match you with the right technician for your service.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For groups of 6 or more, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. For individual appointments, please try to give us a heads up so we can offer the slot to another client.
